MarBrisa Resort offers guests direct access to Legoland California Resort & Sea Life Aquarium both located adjacent to the resort. For fantastic shopping, the Carlsbad Premium Outlet stores are a short drive away. And miles of Southern California beaches are minutes from your resort.
Our classic Spanish Mediterranean-style resort features luxurious studio, one, two, and three bedroom vacation villas, each with a private patio or balcony offering panoramic ocean or park views.
Please note that the Grand Pacific MarBrisa Resort is still in under development. Though the beautiful villas have opened to the public, construction activity is expected from 8am-5pm Monday through Saturday.
Hotel Reservation Policies
The Grand Pacific MarBrisa Resort charges a $1.00 per night city assessment fee and a $9.00 per night resort fee. These fees are not included in your online reservation total and will be charged upon check-out.

For 30 years, Grand Pacific Resorts has proactively contributed to building a better environment. Long before the green movement began, we understood a need to introduce sleep products that offer real benefits to protect your health, maximize recycling efforts and use energy and resources intelligently.
- To support our green journey, our ECOllection private label bedding features Preserve soy-based foams. We are gradually increasing the amount of soy content reducing the use of a scarce resource, petroleum. When possible or appropriate, collateral materials are printed on recycled papers and with soy-based inks.
- We were one of the first resorts to replace high wattage bulbs with energy efficient lighting. We were on the forefront with paperless solutions by developing online support sites for our sales associates and sending documents electronically, saving time, postage and paper.
We are pursuing earth-friendly packaging alternatives instead of non biodegradable landfill plastics. We will continue to work diligently to scrap all raw materials such as foam, wood, steel and plastic. Our goal is to recycle 100% raw material scrap. The hope is for a healthier environment for friends and travelers, along with the satisfaction of supporting global preservation. |
